- 1 Chocolate Swiss Roll
- 500 gms Dark Chocolate Slab
- 50 gms Chocolate Cream
- Cut the Swiss Roll into 5 equal slices.
- Take out chocolate Curls from a chocolate slab with the help of a round cutter.
- Piping the cream in the center, arrange those curls on the sides.

How to make Chocolate Cream:
Break the chocolate into pieces and put it in a bowl. Boil the cream and pour it on the chocolate. Cover that bowl for 5 min. After that, mix both with a hand whisk. Cool that mixture for two hours and then use it for decoration.
