Chocolate Curls Swiss Roll

  • 1 Chocolate Swiss Roll
  • 500 gms Dark Chocolate Slab
  • 50 gms Chocolate Cream


  • Cut the Swiss Roll into 5 equal slices.
  • Take out chocolate Curls from a chocolate slab with the help of a round cutter.
  • Piping the cream in the center, arrange those curls on the sides.


How to make Chocolate Cream:

Break the chocolate into pieces and put it in a bowl. Boil the cream and pour it on the chocolate. Cover that bowl for 5 min. After that, mix both with a hand whisk. Cool that mixture for two hours and then use it for decoration.
